HeyJames Inc. (hereinafter "Company") complies with personal information protection regulations under the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, the Personal Information Protection Act, and related laws. This Privacy Policy applies to the heyjames service operated by the Company.

- Payment information (processed through payment processors; the Company only receives payment result information)

2. Purpose of Collection and Use
The Company uses collected personal information for the following purposes.

3. Retention and Use Period

Information entered by users is transferred to a separate DB after purpose achievement and destroyed after the retention period or immediately in accordance with internal policies and applicable laws.
B. Destruction Method
- Electronic files are deleted using technical methods that prevent reproduction
- Printed personal information is shredded or incinerated
5. Third-Party Provision
The Company does not provide users' personal information to third parties in principle. However, exceptions apply in the following cases.
- When the user has given prior consent
- When required by law or upon request from investigative agencies following legal procedures

This Privacy Policy is effective from the enforcement date. Any additions, deletions, or corrections will be announced through notices 7 days before the effective date of changes.
